About the artist
I'm Ciao/Ci, a long time LGBT+ furry artist born in the year 2000. I have over a decade of experience making fursuits and furry artwork. I love drawing insects, furries (of course), plants, and fantasy environments. I often go to convetions when possible, and I continue to be active in both the art and furry community. I currently have a Bachelor's degree in fine arts (communication arts specifically) with a concentration in scientific illustration and a minor in biology.
Terms of service

1. Art commissions must be paid in full before I start.
2. In the case of a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and posted about so other artists can avoid you.
3. In the case of cancelations or refunds, I must be paid for any work that has already been done. This will be calculated based on the percentage of completion.
4. I can refuse any commission for any reason.
1. Order Placement & Payment
1.1. All custom fursuit orders are initiated through email or the commission form.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to begin production on your fursuit. All supplies bought with this deposit are mine. This is NON REFUNDABLE after supplies are bought.
1.3. Full payment must be made before shipping the completed product unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.4. Payment plans must be completed within 3 months.
1.5. Failure to pay on time will result in your commission being put on hold.
1.6. Shipping and tariffs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the quote pricing.
1.7. I do not do business with minors. You must be 18+ to commission me. There are no exceptions to this.2. Design Considerations
2.1. Before starting work, you must finalize the design, including but not limited to the color palette and special features.
2.2. I require a clear and concise visual reference of the character. References must include front, back, and side views in full color. All parts to be created must be shown on the reference (mouth, tongue, teeth, and etc.) NO EXCEPTIONS.
2.3. Once the design is confirmed, it will be considered final, and no changes will be accepted unless agreed upon prior to production.
2.4. I accept NSFW additions and modifications without judgement. This information will always be kept private from the public and any images posted will be without identifying information.
2.5. Color matching to fabric can be challenging especially considering the limited nature of faux fur colors. The closest match achievable will be selected, but colors may not be exact to the reference.3. Measurement Requirements
3.1. Accurate measurements are essential to ensure a proper fit. Duct tape dummies are required for bodysuits. These measurements must be provided:
Head circumference (at widest point)
Head height from chin to the top of the head
Neck circumference (at widest point)
Hand: Palm circumference, width, and height. Finger circumference and length of largest finger at largest point.
Arm: Wrist, mid forearm, elbow (bent and unbent), mid bicep, and shoulder circumference.
Leg: Ankle, mid calf, knee (bent and unbent), mid thigh, upper thigh/groin are circumference.
Torso measurements: hips, waist, and chest circumference.
Shoe size and height.
3.2. I may request additional measurements depending on the specifics of your order. Please ensure that all measurements are accurate to avoid fitting issues.4. Production Time
4.1. The typical production time for a custom fursuit is 1-4 weeks, although it may vary based on the complexity of the design and the current order queue.
4.2. I will provide estimated completion timelines at the time of order confirmation. While I strive to meet these deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay that affects my ability to work, I will communicate this to the commissioner as soon as possible.5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. Once your fursuit is completed, I will ship it via UPS, USPS (most common), FedEx, or DHL, and tracking information will be provided.
5.2. I am not responsible for any damages, delays, or loss that occurs once the fursuit is shipped. Shipping insurance is required for the full value of the fursuit.
5.3. If a package is lost or delayed in shipping, I will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier.
5.4. I will not issue refunds or replacements until the carrier's claims process has been concluded.6. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
6.1. Due to the custom nature of the fursuits, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
6.2. If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty stitching, incorrect materials), I will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and will work to remedy the defect within a reasonable time frame.
6.3. Sizing issues that arise from incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for a return or exchange.
6.4. Once a commission agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, cancellations are not accepted unless I cannot fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, I will offer a full refund of the deposit.
6.5. If there is an issue with your order I must be notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product.
7. Fursuit Care & Maintenance
7.1. I will provide general care instructions along with your fursuit to ensure it stays in good condition.
7.2. I am not responsible for any damage caused by improper care, storage, or cleaning.
7.3. Regular maintenance, including cleaning, deodorizing, and minor repairs, may be necessary to keep your fursuit in optimal condition.8. Liability
8.1. I am not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while wearing the fursuit. The customer assumes all risks and liability associated with the use of the fursuit.
8.2. In the event of a dispute, I will do my best to resolve any issues in a timely and amicable manner.9. Privacy & Confidentiality
9.1. I will not share any personal information provided in the order process, including measurements, design details, or shipping addresses online or anywhere else unless I am required by law.
9.2. I reserve the right to post any photos, videos, works in progress, or artwork created by me to social media or to be used in my portfolio.10. Changes to Terms of Service
10.1. I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to customers via email if current or upcoming commissions will be affected.11. Refusal of Service
11.1 I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. I do not make artwork of any kind that includes hate speech or hateful imagery.
12. Warranty
12.1. All fursuits come with a 1 year free repair warranty. This warranty only covers issues that are not considered regular maintenance.
12.2. Neglect or misuse is not covered. Popped seams, holes, or other issues that are related to the suit creation are covered.
12.3. Shipping must be paid by the customer for repair work.By placing an order with me, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
